Refunds & Returns
Thank you for shopping at StorePeppy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@storepeppy.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Digital products (if applicable)
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a shipping error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
